• Prepare and optimise routes for shipments, including all necessary documentation and road maps.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers and sub-contractors, providing them with clear instructions and support as needed.
• Monitor driver performance and the execution of transportation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assess and respond to logistics situations in real-time, implementing measures to prevent potential issues.
